Sonia Hernández

Sonia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law at UNAM, where she also completed a specialization in Tax Law and earned a Master's degree in Law. Her professional background spans both public and private sectors, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to human rights and gender equality.

She has served as a partner in a law firm specialized in tax and administrative law, and worked for several years at the Litigation Subprosecutor’s Office within the Tax Prosecutor’s Office of Mexico City. In private practice, she has provided comprehensive legal support to businesses, including company formation, legal advice, and representation in Tax, Administrative, and Corporate matters, as well as consulting and project development with a gender and human rights perspective.
