Una marca registrada, una patente activa, un software desarrollado internamente o un proceso confidencial no aparecen en el balance a su valor real \u2014 y esa diferencia puede costar caro en una negociaci\u00f3n o en una auditor\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16685ef9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16685ef9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La valuaci\u00f3n de activos intangibles es el proceso que determina ese valor con fundamento t\u00e9cnico y legal. Tiene aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas en compraventas de empresa, estructuraci\u00f3n de regal\u00edas, amortizaci\u00f3n fiscal de intangibles bajo la Ley del ISR y procesos de due diligence para
